Foundation Sessions are structured around results.

Session Length

A Foundation Session is 3 hours in total. It includes an initial 2-hour session followed by a 1-hour follow-up one week later. Session length can vary, but pricing remains the same regardless of time.

Requirements

You must be willing to participate fully in the process, arrive and remain fully sober, and have access to a quiet, private space free from interruptions for the duration of the session.

Location

Sessions are conducted one-to-one remotely via video call. Phone or in-person sessions may be available under special circumstances.

What happens in a session

The session process

  1. A Foundation Session is conducted one-to-one with a registered practitioner remotely via video call. It is non-invasive and requires your active participation.
  2. Your practitioner will introduce the method, answer any questions, then make sure you wish to proceed.
  3. You will be asked to close your eyes and focus your attention as directed, without the need to tell your story or discuss past upsetting events in detail.
  4. The practitioner guides you through a methodical process to identify and address emotional reactivity and limiting patterns.
  5. You remain aware and in control. The practitioner does not do anything to you, they simply support you as you navigate the process.
  6. A follow-up session one week later completes the Foundation Session and ensures nothing has been overlooked.
